Amadrama respects the privacy of its users (henceforth known as "USER") and is committed to protecting their personal information. This privacy policy explains how Amadrama collects, uses, stores, and protects USER information when engaging with the Amadrama web or mobile app (henceforth known as "APP").
Information we collect: Amadrama will only collect the required information (both personal and non-personal) from USER that is necessary for APP to be interacted with in its intended form of use. The information we may collect includes but is not limited to: email addresses, ethnicity, gender identity, and location.
How we use your information: Amadrama will only use USER information to further APP experience and functionality. Amadrama will not share, sell, rent, or distribute USER information with third parties for gainful purposes.
Data storage and security: USER information is stored in Amadrama's database. Amadrama will take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect USER information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Amadrama cannot guarantee absolute security and protection, as methods of electronic storage or transmission over the internet are not 100% secure.
Data retention: Amadrama will retain USER information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide services. If USER should request their account to be deleted, USER information and all other references will be permanently deleted within a 30-day timeframe unless Amadrama requires said USER information for legal or investigatory purposes.
USER rights: USER has the right to: Access all information Amadrama has stored on them; Correct inaccurate information Amadrama may hold on them; Request deletion of all information; Withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise these rights, you may contact Amadrama using the details located in section #8.
Children's Privacy: Amadrama is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or applicable minimum age by current law) and does not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to this privacy policy: Amadrama reserves the right to amend and update this privacy policy at anytime.
